Join us for a focus on the current state and integration of Virtual Reality (VR) in health science education. Grounded in recent literature, we’ll discuss key factors: VR‘s cost-effectiveness, ability to provide evidence-based, standardized and repeatable training, and the potential to overcome traditional simulation challenges such as limited space and resources. Technological VR advancements facilitate immersive learning experiences and enhance knowledge retention and clinical decision-making skills will be discussed.

We’ll examine the importance of aligning VR applications with educational objectives and ongoing integration of VR into curricula to support effective education and autonomous learning.
